Goldring 2200 Moving Iron er en ypperlig pickup som gir mye for pengene. En MI pickup skal brukes på MM inngangen på ditt riaa trinn. Goldring 2200 MI har forbedret motor og annen type cantilever i forhold til Goldring 2100 MI. Et sikkert valg for kunden som har større budsjett men likevel ønsker å bruke mindre og få mer. NB: Hifi Stasjonen anbefaler ikke flytende rensemiddel til stylus. Ved bruk av flytende rensemiddel på stylus frafaller all garanti/reklamasjon. Hifi Stasjonen hjelper deg med godkjente støv og skittfjerningsprodukter for stylus. Fra Goldring Webside : All Goldring 2000 series cartridges feature Moving Iron technology. This lends them the high levels of detail associated with more expensive moving coil designs whilst retaining the convenience of a replaceable stylus and high output associated with moving magnet types. The cartridge employs a fixed samarium cobolt magnet and high output coil combination so that a very light iron/nickel cantilever end-piece can be used instead of the much heavier permanent magnet used in conventional designs. This reduces the moving mass allowing the stylus to trace the record groove more faithfully. Because of their high output, Goldring 2000 series cartridges should be used with the standard moving magnet phono input of an integrated amplifier. The 2200 features an elliptical diamond stylus and plated alloy cantilever which offers higher definition when compared to conventional spherical styli.
